Experience Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of sales or marketing experience required, with preference for candidates from the Bank, NBFI, real estate development industry or high-value sales sectors

Job Requirements :

• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with customers will be preferred.

Position Summary: Identify and engage potential clients for liability and deposit products to achieve sales targets. Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. This role is open to candidates for Executive & Senior Executive level positions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up with potential individual deposit customers.
• Cross-sell company products to enhance revenue and ensure customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on clients' identities and funding sources when establishing relationships.
• Retain existing liability customers by providing quality service.
• Report weekly/monthly business performance to the line manager.
• Uphold discipline, ethical standards, and compliance in all transactions with CVC Finance.
