Experience:
Develop and execute collection strategies for early, mid, and late-stage delinquencies
Monitor portfolio performance and reduce delinquency and default rates
Set monthly/quarterly recovery targets and ensure achievement
Analyze collection data and trends to improve recovery outcomes
Lead, coach, and motivate the collections team (in-house and/or outsourced)
Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews
Identify training needs and ensure continuous skill development
Manage staffing, shift planning, and workload distribution
Implement and improve digital collection tools (CRM, dialers, automated reminders, analytics dashboards)
Optimize collection workflows to increase efficiency and customer engagement
Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance collection systems
Ensure adherence to local regulations, fintech policies, and ethical collection practices
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Handle escalated customer complaints and dispute resolutions professionally
Balance recovery goals with customer empathy and long-term relationship management
Design customer-friendly repayment and settlement solutions
Ensure communication aligns with brand tone and regulatory guidelines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management
Present insights on recovery rates, roll rates, and collection efficiency
Coordinate with credit risk, customer support, legal, and finance teams
