- 1-5 years in sales & distribution channel with back office experience, preferably in DFS/ Agent Banking/Telco/ MFS.
Responsibilities & Context:
A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude and to enhance consumer business.
Collect Agent`s profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query. Also collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding.
Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement.
Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup.
Assist & track channel complains and liaises with product management team.
Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agent`s.
Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring.
Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and query.
Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment.
Ensure smooth business transition.
