•  Experience in Credit card or retail products sales will be an advantage.     
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.      
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Self-Motivated, energetic and result oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for credit card sales through field visits, tele calling, corporate visits, and referral channels.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and usage guidelines to customers clearly and professionally.
• Collect customer applications, verify documents, and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly /yearly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure continuous business growth.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status, card activation.
• Work closely with Relationship Manager and branch staff to generate leads and coordinate sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to supervisors.
