Associate Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager, Retail Sales

Job Grade: SO /PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hold regular meetings with clients to introduce a wide range of retail products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and consistency of service delivery.

  • Based on the credit worthiness of the client, offer the Bank’s products and services including salary accounts, loans, cards, and deposits by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Ensure clients clearly understand and agree to all features, applicable fees, terms, and conditions of the products and services.

  • Identify existing and potential client relationships to unlock additional revenue opportunities.

  • Monitor the team’s portfolio health by maintaining PAR & NPL rates as per defined norms; speak to clients directly to drive collections as may be required.

  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service by addressing queries effectively, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with the Bank’s service quality standards.

  • Ensure flawless execution of client relationship transactions by maintaining accurate records, responding promptly to customer requests, and ensuring full compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
