Responsibilities & Context:
Job purpose:
Analysis of insurance products, business operations and evaluation of risk factors related to insurance. Work closely with a team of actuarial professionals to support data analysis, modeling, and reporting activities. Contributions will be essential in assessing risk exposure and determining pricing strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Collect and analyze relevant data to assess risks and develop predictive models.
· Conduct statistical analysis to determine the impact of various factors on insurance premiums, claims, and profitability.
· Assist in product development and pricing.
· Participate in the preparation of actuarial valuations and regulatory filings.
· Collect relevant data and calculate reinsurance premiums.
· Assist in the preparation of actuarial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in actuarial science.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
