Major Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research and innovation projects.
Conduct literature reviews, benchmarking, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data using appropriate statistical or qualitative methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, services, or processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings effectively.
Support intellectual property development by assisting in patent searches and documentation.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry trends relevant to research projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new projects or process improvements.
