Experience:
MBA/MBM/Masters (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities having no 3rd class in academic records.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in any reputed Bank/financial institution with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on retail banking.
Proven success in driving retail banking growth, digital transformation and customer engagement.
Proven experience of driving desired level of business growth through sales force of retail assets, liabilities and cards.
Experience of agent banking operation.
Preference will be given to candidates having MTO/PO background in commercial banks/ financial institution.
Other Competency
Candidates should have good leadership, team building, analytical, presentation, communication and strong interpersonal skill along with high level of integrity to develop career in a highly competitive and challenging environment.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Job Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning, develop policies and ensure execution of retail business initiatives in line with NCC Bank’s strategic goal.
Uphold integrity and ethical leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Lead business development and market expansion through innovative, customer-centric products and services and setting business target to meet a desired level of growth in retail business comprising retail assets, liabilities, cards, alternative delivery channel & agent banking.
Monitor the performance of branches/business units under retail banking.
Champion digital transformation and financial innovation, including digital payments and modern banking solutions.
Apply data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and risk management to ensure sustainable growth.
Oversee product development and portfolio optimization to meet evolving customer needs.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with business units/branches/sales team to ensure achieving of annual business budget of retail banking.
Proper distribution of work among business units/branches/sales team to ensure achievement of annual business budget of retail banking.
Foster an effective sales and service culture within the branch/business unit
Foster a culture of teamwork, compliance, and continuous development through coaching, performance reviews, and staff training.
Coordinate and manage relationships with stakeholders and regulators to ensure compliance and readiness for achieving organizational objectives.
Provide regular performance reports, customer feedback insights, and market updates to senior management.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.
