Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Construct, repair, and maintain roads, highways, and pavements.
Operate hand tools and construction equipment as required.
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, soil, and other obstacles.
Assist in laying asphalt, concrete, or other road materials.
Set up and remove traffic signs, cones, and safety barriers.
Follow workplace safety regulations and use protective equipment.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on damaged roads.
Work as part of a team to complete projects within deadlines.
