Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to expand business opportunities, enhance the deposit portfolio, and increase low-cost deposits.
Identify and onboard new corporate clients for Transaction Banking & Cash Management products and services.
Regularly visit corporate clients to strengthen relationships, understand business needs, and ensure service excellence.
Promote and implement Transaction Banking & Cash Management solutions for corporate houses, educational institutions, and other business entities.
Drive growth in Payroll Banking, Tuition Fee Collection (EMS), ICON (Corporate Internet Banking), Hajj Fee Collection, and other digital transaction banking solutions.
Represent the Bank professionally and maintain relationships with high-value corporate and priority clients.
Oversee the end-to-end Transaction Banking & Cash Management process, from business proposal and onboarding to implementation and service delivery.
Monitor and analyze corporate deposit portfolios, customer transaction behavior, MIS reports, and cash management activities to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency of transaction banking and cash management services across branches and corporate channels.
Coordinate with DFS, IT, Operations, and Business teams to strengthen digital banking operations and enhance transaction banking solutions.
Support A-Challan operations and take initiatives to increase related business volumes and service efficiency.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments for effective service delivery and operational support.
Regularly follow up with branches to achieve corporate liability and transaction banking business targets.
Train, motivate, monitor, and manage branch employees in coordination with the Head of Transaction Banking & Cash Management.
Assist in organizing business promotion activities, campaigns, client presentations, and branding initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital banking developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics relevant to transaction banking and cash management.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
