Master's in any discipline from reputed University with no third division in academic records.
Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in commercial Bank in relevant area.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

Good communication skill in Bangla and English
Very good skills in MS Office.

Job Grade: Associate Officer to Principal Officer
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the branch by providing general banking services such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and remittances to the customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the Bank.
Assist customers with banking products and services by ensuring compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide services related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
Provide services related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
Provide services under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the bank.
Job Location: Dhaka or Anywhere in Bangladesh.
