Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensuring responsibility of timely and accurately submission of major regulatory returns i.e. SBS-3, ISS, Sector wise returns, CL Statement etc. and related MIS.
- Collecting and incorporating Customer Category, Sector Code, Purpose Code for SBS-3 and takeover loan, overdue, EOL data etc. for ISS reporting meticulously.
- Gain sufficient knowledge on preparation of Loan Datasets to prepare CL report, other MIS, relevant policies, Circular/Guideline of Bangladesh Bank.
- Apart from above, any Credit MIS and returns as per Management/Regulatory requirement.
- Maintaining strong communication with Regulatory authorities, internal divisions: Finance & Accounts, IT-Department, Business units and other relevant department.
- Gaining sufficient knowledge on regulatory circulars and policies.
- Analyze the gaps of divisional Data Management System and work on process simplification/automation for efficient reporting.
