Experience:
MBA/Master's in any discipline from reputed University with no third division in academic records.
Having professional degree in related field will get preference.
Minimum 10 (Ten) to 12 (Twelve) years working experience in commercial Bank/NBFI in relevant area.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of CMSME lending products, credit appraisal, and risk assessment techniques.
Strong understanding of credit risk management frameworks, policies, and regulatory guidelines issued by the Central Bank and other authorities.
Strong leadership and supervisory capability to manage and guide a credit risk team effectively.
Advanced financial analysis and credit evaluation skills and proficiency in credit risk assessment tools, MIS, and banking software.
Job Grade: Assistant Vice President to Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
Review and guide credit analysts in preparing comprehensive credit proposals for CMSME clients, ensuring proper risk assessment and alignment with bank policies.
Supervise analysts in structuring appropriate loan products
Ensure thorough financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and working capital cycles of the clients.
Supervise proper industry risk assessments, focusing on buyer concentration risk, foreign exchange risk, compliance risk, and macroeconomic factors.
Maintain liaison & correspond with the RM/BMs for meeting queries or clarification relating to credit proposals.
Visit client's factory/outlets as and when required
Supervise the credit proposal of CMSME Financing, woman entrepreneurship financing, various CMSME refinancing scheme, Club Financing as per CMSME Master Circular of Bangladesh Bank
Monitor analysts’ Early Warning Signal (EWS) tracking to identify potential risks in the portfolio and take proactive action.
Benchmark client performance against industry peers, identifying strengths and weakness.
