Additional Requirements: - Candidates with experience in the MFI industry such as bKash, Nagad, BRAC, ASA, TMSS, or similar organizations—will be given top priority.
- Strong command of MRA regulations and hands-on experience in managing MFI operations is essential.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the MFI or related industry
- Strong understanding of MRA guidelines, regulatory compliance, and reporting
- Ability to manage day-to-day MFI operations efficiently and independently
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with Bangladesh Bank, MRA, and other relevant authorities.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear internal policies and procedures for product, operations, and business teams.
- Lead end-to-end product development for microfinance and digital financial services—from ideation and research to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Define detailed product requirements and collaborate with engineering, data, design, and technology teams to deliver impactful features.
- Manage and monitor product performance, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee implementation across branches/partners, maintaining consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Drive product innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Develop a clear product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
