Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 32 years
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in financial services, banking, or large corporate environments preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
To develop and implement the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
To establish and maintain a risk governance structure aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
To oversee the implementation of risk-related corrective actions and follow-ups
To lead the Credit Recovery and Credit Collection Team
To prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
To develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to track performance.
To ensure risk information is communicated effectively across departments.
