Responsibilities & Context: A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude.
Key responsibilities need to described by using following dimension.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify of information, address issues and provide/escalate solutions.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Processing forms, orders & applications requested by the customer·
- Answer calls, make calls where needed & response to customer’s email.
- Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, explain possible solutions & ensure that customer feel supported & build long lasting relationships with customers.
- Assist to consumer banking business through sales lead generation.
