Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in banking, corporate coordination, or executive support roles.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and digital communication platforms. 

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask under pressure.

 Language: Excellent command of English and Bangla (written and spoken).

Responsibilities & Context:

Executive Assistance: Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal departments, regulators, and external stakeholders.

 Documentation & Reporting: Draft, review, and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.

 Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.

 Project Monitoring: Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.

 Confidentiality & Compliance: Ensure sensitive information is handled with discretion and in line with bank policies.

 Event Management: Coordinate official events, conferences, and workshops involving the MD.

Stakeholder Engagement: Support the MD in maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
