Responsibilities & Context:

Ø Handle complaints & queries of customers through TBL helpline, both Inbound and Outbound.

ØTo handle all customers maintaining quality of service and accuracy of information.

Ø To analyze and rectify customer’s concerns using established procedures.

Ø Provide follow-up on customer queries which was not immediately resolved.

Ø To maintain compliance with SOP and business process standards.

Ø Email communication to other departments/divisions and customers.

Ø To update oneself on all TBL products and services, other policies and procedures.

Ø Responsible for doing day to day service execution requests as per given SLA.

Ø Attend Team Meeting and any kind of Training Program as per Schedule.

Ø Must be informed the Line Managers of any issues that are need to be resolved.

Ø Actively participate in enhancing the overall performance by sharing suggestions and ideas as well as taking initiatives for improvement of Customer Service.

Ø Ensure the Assigned Targets (through Tele Marketing) in accordance with SLA are met.

Ø Must be able to attend office on roster basis (even in holidays).

Ø All CCA must be bound to attend office (even in Day Off) as per his/her Line Managers Instructions.

Ø Must be obey to Line Managers and fulfill any official tasks assigned by Management.
