Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning and reporting on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
∎ Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
∎ Monitoring Delivery Schedule Strictly.
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
∎ Working out the human and material resources needed;
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
∎ Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs;
∎ Liaison among different departments, e.g. implement, design;
∎ Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
∎ Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed;
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
∎ Responsible for maintenance and repairing of machineries and equipments engaged in production.
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Not mandatory to have experience / Fresher's can apply.
∎ Experience in prefabricated steel structure manufacturing company will be given Preference.
∎ Should have Strong Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all aspect.

Salary: Negotiable
