Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the architecture field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Studio Max (3D Modeling), V-Ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications.
The applicants should have prior experience in architectural firms, engineering firms or related industries.
Valid IAB membership is mandatory.
Candidates enlisted with RAJUK will be given preference.
Must have experience in similar types of work.
Should possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and professional mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams for successful project completion
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform all phases of architectural work including planning and designing both exterior and interior spaces.
3D model making of project.
Graphical presentation (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop etc).
Evaluate and analyze detailed architectural construction drawings and contribute value-added inputs to enhance project outcomes.
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to approved project designs and specifications.
Resolve design-related issues by coordinating with internal design teams and external consultants in structural, MEP, electrical and façade disciplines.
Assess project viability by researching and analyzing relevant technologies, design specifications, regulatory requirements and market trends.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
