• Diploma in Mechanical

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience in a factory production environment or a similar role.

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.

• Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

• Ensure all products meet quality specifications by conducting routine checks and collaborating with the quality control team.

• Coordinate with different departments (maintenance, logistics, and quality) to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Maintain and update production records and reports for review by upper management.

• Monitor and manage the use of raw materials, machinery, and labor to optimize resource utilization.

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report to the maintenance team for timely repairs.

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.
