Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
∎ Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
∎ Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Ensure all products meet quality specifications by conducting routine checks and collaborating with the quality control team.
∎ Coordinate with different departments (maintenance, logistics, and quality) to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Maintain and update production records and reports for review by upper management.
∎ Monitor and manage the use of raw materials, machinery, and labor to optimize resource utilization.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
∎ Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.
