∎ Diploma in Civil from any reputed public or private institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 30 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, Building Construction, building design, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction cost estimation, Graphics Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Supervise and Maintain project work.
∎ Prepare BOQ and work order.
∎ Maintain civil work related sub-contractors.
∎ Check civil work related all type bills of sub/contractors.
∎ Draft in AutoCAD 2D/3D.
∎ Maintain office file, register and documents as required.
∎ Estimate quantity of construction materials as required for MPR.
∎ Ensure required safety and security measures.
∎ Ensure and verify the quality of civil work related materials.
∎ Maintain construction workers.
∎ Maintain budget and timeline.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Good at Excel, MS Project.
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
Salary: Negotiable
