Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & bills that include item rates as per agreement.
∎ Prepare & process project work bill.
∎ Check civil work related all type bills of sub-contractors.
∎ Maintain project budget and timelines.
∎ Inspect and Verify work measurement according to bill.
∎ Serve as a liaison between project team members and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with outside contractors and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain daily worker attendance and documentation.
∎ Maintain project documentation and office file as required.
∎ Analyze rate, estimate bill, and do costing.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statements.
∎ Follow up the accounts department for bill settlement & payment.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Good at Excel, MS Project.
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
