Civil Construction works, Civil work, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and maintain civil work related sub-contractors.
∎ Check civil work related materials according to the specifications.
∎ Check all civil & sanitary works as per drawing.
∎ Maintain official file, register & documents as required.
∎ Manage construction workers according to the company policy.
∎ Ensure required safety and security measures.
∎ Complete the work assigned by the engineer within the given time frame.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both male and female are requested to apply.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Good at Excel, MS Project.
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
