∎ Diploma in Architecture/ Civil from any reputed public/ private institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, AutoCAD, Building Construction, building design, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction cost estimation, Graphics Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and draft design & drawing as required.
∎ Assist in preparing detailed working design & specifications from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per the design and drawing.
∎ Assist Senior Engineers as required.
∎ Visit site and take measurements.
∎ Supervise construction site.
∎ Coordinate with other departments as required to complete the work as per design and schedule.
∎ Ensure all works are carried out according to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
∎ Coordinate design execution.
∎ Ensure required civil safety and security measures.
∎ Maintain budget and timeline.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
∎ Strong creative and visualization skills.
