Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support senior engineers in the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects, including drafting plans and preparing documentation.
∎ Oversee and monitor construction or installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
∎ Provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements to optimize project efficiency and quality.
∎ Ensure that all work is performed according to established quality standards and specifications.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, and material usage.
∎ Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Provide guidance and support to junior staff and technicians as needed.
