Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age 22 to 27 years

• Proficient in ETABS, STAAD Pro., SAFE, AllPile, AutoCAD, Revit & MS Office (Specially in Word & Excel)

• Membership of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) is preferred.

• Develop structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects

• Utilize software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD Pro., SAFE, SAP2000, MIDAS Civil) for modeling and analyzing structures

• Perform load calculations, material selection, and design evaluations.·         Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project alignment

• Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports

• Manage timelines and budgets for structural components of projects

• Ensure designs comply with local & international codes (e.g., BNBC 2020, ACI 318-08, ASCE 7-05, AASHTO)

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend design modifications as needed

• Oversee construction sites to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications  

• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing expert advice and technical guidance
