Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare detailed Structural, Architectural, and Plumbing design drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering inputs and design data.
- Assist engineers and architects in developing design layouts, sections, elevations, and reinforcement detailing for various infrastructure and building projects.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, company guidelines, and relevant codes.
- Maintain proper layer management, annotation standards, and drawing organization for seamless coordination between teams.
- Revise and update existing drawings according to design changes or client comments.
- Support the cost estimation team by preparing quantity take-offs, material lists, and drawing-based BOQs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure consistency between structural, architectural, and plumbing drawings.
- Ability to produce 3D models and coordination drawings in Autodesk Revit will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings and maintain accurate drawing records in the project database.
