Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and direct customers with proper etiquette.
∎ Provide accurate information (e.g., product and brand information, pricing, discounts, offer, bundle etc.).
∎ Answer customers' queries about specific products, services, offers, prices and benefits comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
∎ Organize shelf displays and marketing Point of Sales Materials (POSM) for better product visibility and sales growth.
∎ Proactive on Push sell, Up-sell, Cross-sell products to meet KPI at store level.
∎ Purchase requisition submission and receiving products with QC to maintain adequate stock levels.
∎ Ensure proper cycle counting at the beginning of each month to minimize discrepancies between system records and physical stocks.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and provide customer feedback to the Store In-charge.
∎ Coordinate with the store In-charge and team to provide excellent customer service (Especially during peak times).
∎ Be accountable for theft, damages, losses and inventory mismatches at the store level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track record of achieving sales KPIs.
∎ Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.
∎ Familiarity with POS software and inventory management systems.
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures according to SOP.
∎ Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practice's.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
