• Team player with ability to work under pressure.

• Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel is must.

• Must have experience in handling garment accessories.

• Ability to organise items with proper identification system.

• Inventory management.

• Receive and issue Trims & Accessories, Maintain Inventory Report and Registers.
• Issue goods as per the floor Requisitions.
• Maintain proper documentation of stock movements (GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers).
• Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or wastage
• Maintain Buyer & Style-wise files along with PO Sheets, Work Orders, and Traceability Reports.
• Communicate with the Merchandising Team regarding order-related queries.
• Prepare and issue various Delivery Challans and Gate Passes.
• Ensure proper storage of stock to prevent damage, or mixing with other orders.
• Maintain labels, Bin cards for all materials according to systems of store management.
• Prepared and keep various documents for internal audit purposes and can show to external audits also.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
• After shipment, prepare Order Closing Reports of accessories and handle quarantine wastage, leftover, and rejected goods for disposal actions.
