Must have experience in handling garment accessories.
Ability to organise items with proper identification system.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Receive and issue Trims & Accessories, Maintain Inventory Report and Registers.
- Issue goods as per the floor Requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock movements (GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers).
- Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or wastage
- Maintain Buyer & Style-wise files along with PO Sheets, Work Orders, and Traceability Reports.
- Communicate with the Merchandising Team regarding order-related queries.
- Prepare and issue various Delivery Challans and Gate Passes.
- Ensure proper storage of stock to prevent damage, or mixing with other orders.
- Maintain labels, Bin cards for all materials according to systems of store management.
- Prepared and keep various documents for internal audit purposes and can show to external audits also.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
- After shipment, prepare Order Closing Reports of accessories and handle quarantine wastage, leftover, and rejected goods for disposal actions.
