Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To correspond with the buyer & fulfil their requirements.
∎ Overall responsibilities to looking after specific accounts assigned by the superior plus as day to day update on his team accordingly.
∎ Ensure all Emails/work are taken care of regularly.
∎ Involved whenever necessary to finalize issues like production, delivery, and pricing matters.
∎ Follow up with the planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Source new development and arrange the necessary presentation for the customer.
∎ To have an internal discussion meeting for the progress/development of orders.
∎ Involve immediately whenever necessary to fix any related issues.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfilment.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in yarn, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking, etc., with other related jobs.
∎ Candidates having working experience with Branded customers are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred Inditex (Lefties)
∎ All other special jobs as assigned by the management.
