  • Proven track record of onboarding international apparel buyers and generating substantial export business.

  • Strong existing network with global fashion brands, retailers, supermarkets, and importers.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently secure new buyers and convert them into long-term business accounts.Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

  • Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, costing, sourcing, compliance, and supply chain operations.Excellent communication skills in English.Willingness to travel internationally for business development.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead end-to-end business development strategy for international buyer acquisition.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new apparel brands, retailers, importers, and sourcing offices.

  • Convert business opportunities into confirmed orders through effective negotiation and follow-up.

  • Utilize strong industry network to generate immediate business pipelines.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with global buyers and key decision-makers.

  • Drive revenue growth through new buyer development and account expansion.

  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.

  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Monitor global apparel market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
