Proven track record of onboarding international apparel buyers and generating substantial export business.
Strong existing network with global fashion brands, retailers, supermarkets, and importers.
Demonstrated ability to independently secure new buyers and convert them into long-term business accounts.Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, costing, sourcing, compliance, and supply chain operations.Excellent communication skills in English.Willingness to travel internationally for business development.
Lead end-to-end business development strategy for international buyer acquisition.
Identify, approach, and onboard new apparel brands, retailers, importers, and sourcing offices.
Convert business opportunities into confirmed orders through effective negotiation and follow-up.
Utilize strong industry network to generate immediate business pipelines.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with global buyers and key decision-makers.
Drive revenue growth through new buyer development and account expansion.
Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor global apparel market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Develop and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
