Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
∎ Analytical and reporting skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
∎ Design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
∎ Coordinate with external training vendors and subject matter experts.
∎ Prepare training calendars and manage end-to-end training logistics.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
∎ Maintain accurate training records, reports, and dashboards.
∎ Support onboarding and induction training for new hires.
∎ Stay updated with the latest learning trends, tools, and technologies.
∎ Support organizational development initiatives such as leadership development and succession
