Experience of Customer handling: Inditex (Especially Zara).
Responsibilities & Context:
# Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Leading a team of 6-8 person in Product Development Division
2. Communication with customers
3. Price quotation and negotiation with customers
4. Order confirmation as per customers’ desired delivery and secure with internal production planning team
5. Smooth order handover to Execution team with all samples & raw materials approval
6. Strong follow up with Execution team as well as production planning team for ontime delivery
