Responsibilities & Context:
• Implementation: Deploy and integrate ERP (Logic ERP) systems or modules, collaborating with departments to ensure they meet business requirements and align with existing processes.
•Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
•Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Create and maintain reports and dashboards, perform data analysis, and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.
•Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on how to use the ERP system effectively.
•Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT and other departments, to gather requirements and ensure the ERP system aligns with company goals.
•Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, user support and analytical skills.
• Dedication and Responsibility: Taking ownership of tasks, handover task to senior in deadlines, and being a reliable team member and positive & can-do attitude.
