Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily production target within the lead time & maintain zero delay
∎ Design daily and monthly work plans for maintenance team & workers
∎ Daily remake analysis & take countermeasure to prevent the remake
∎ Ensure reject record analysis, material usages, m/c parts consumption record & control.
∎ Monitor TPM JH & PM pillar activities & machine break down record analysis and take countermeasure
∎ Improve productivity, machine efficiency by establishing SOP to ensure quality products
∎ Customer claim analysis & report making
∎ Analyze cost & developing action plans for continuous improvement.
∎ Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
∎ Excellent communication/presentation skill in English and Bangla.
