Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing all aspects of the factory's technical operations, making sure everything runs well, and handling technical problems that arise in the manufacturing divisions.Motivate the technical team to meet the Targets for the technical sections, and oversee the group to ensure its effectiveness and productivity.Choosing all product and technical details for the clothing, such as the machine, attachment, and work methods, as well as the construction and operation sequence, in order to satisfy the customer's expectations while taking all practical factors into account.Ensuring the viability of bulk production requires analyzing tech packs and samples, comprehending client needs, and directing the team to conduct production properly.Before starting the bulk process, make sure that all required documents—such as the guide, folder, and easy procedure mock up—are prepared and understood.Investigate the customer's claim to determine a way to reduce the risk that the issue will recur.All subordinates, including technicians, sewing supervisors, operators, and iron men, should get training in accordance with the needs and expectations of the customers.Evaluate and preserve documentation of group shortcomings in order to make improvements and to educate subordinates.Ensure the set-up of new sewing line by technician for selected style as per PPP method.Co-ordinate with merchandising, technical and Quality team to achieve the set goals of production, Quality and timely shipments.Provide technical advice to buyer and factory concerns on complex product items in before & during the manufacturing process.Maintain good communication with senior management and floor management in day-to-day issues.
