∎ Diploma in Engineering in EEE/Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory operations, Production planning, Raw material planning, Supplier Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and schedule production operations with maximum utilization
∎ Plan for equipment, manpower and materials to execute the production plan
∎ Track raw materials inventory at store and monitor upcoming raw materials in coordination with Supply Chain Department
∎ Regular evaluation of process and cycle time to achieve optimum capacity usage
∎ Generate daily operation data (finished & semi-finished goods, defects, inventory in days etc.)
∎ Generate prompt decision in case of any disruption issue with consultation of stakeholders
∎ Track record of defect as per defect-source category and regular submit unbalance report
∎ Create proposals for improvement in the fields of cost minimization, processes, quality, productivity, resource usage.
∎ Any other tasks assigned from the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
