Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Mechanical from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ The company will be hiring an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified candidate for immediate recruit. Candidate must have sound practical experience on Knitting are only requested to apply with full of confidence.
∎ Work place: Work at factory.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Zirabo, Savar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up overall knitting program both in house & subcontract factory.
∎ To update buyer wise & DD wise daily knitting program status.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedule considering target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ To work closely with R&D team to set right knitting parameter.
∎ To set & follow up M/C wise daily production target as well as floor production target.
∎ To maintain Knitting SOP & have to work in terms of Knitting SOP.
∎ To check all technical parameter like Yarn Count, M/C dia, M/C Gauge, Stitch length, etc.
∎ Sub contract knitting plan & follow up.
∎ To check & record finish fabric parameter against greige fabric parameter.
∎ Communicate with subcontract factories in order to negotiate price, no. of machine allocation, production per day, quality, etc. to meet knitting TNA plan.
∎ Regularly visits subcontract factories to monitor production, quality & capacity.
∎ Performs reconciliation of each work order.
∎ Creates database (e.g. machine detail, rate, availability, location, factory contact person, etc.) of knitting subcontract factories.
∎ To work closely with yarn store & greige fabric store to monitor daily stock & inventory.
∎ To work closely with Marketing & factory technical team to develop new innovation, fashion trend and any special requirements from buyer.
∎ Co-ordinate and work closely with the knitting/dyeing production and planning team for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Supervision of knitting m/c maintenance program with electrical & utility dept.
∎ To work closely with compliance team to maintain all knitting floor compliance issues.
∎ Supervision of team members of their daily routine function.
∎ Responsible to maintain company quality management system, code of conduct, SOP & work instructions.
∎ Maintain the compliance issues properly at knitting section.
∎ Have to perform any other task assigned by the top management.

∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knitting.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written & speaking in English
∎ Well computer knowledge like MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, E-mailing, etc.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Have to work independently.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
