Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily routine inspection of machines & machinery and report accordingly.
∎ Ensure cleanness & housekeeping at workplaces & machines.
∎ Operate/monitor all machines during operation to ensure quality production.
∎ Find out any fault and Instant problem solution in the machine running time.
∎ Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
∎ Minimize wastage control as per product wastage ratio (%), also control breakdown time.
∎ To participate in the all-over works of grade change (Gear, Unit & Format change).
∎ Ensure Oiling and greasing the machines and Perform in the daily checklist.
∎ Adjusting the operating speed and controlling the load of the machines.
∎ Decreasing the duration time of grade changing.
∎ Oversee machines, belts, any moving pieces, etc. during the production process
∎ and adjust speed and/or movements as needed.
∎ Receive raw materials from the warehouse as per requisition to continue production.
∎ Keep a daily activity log of production notes (including totals, defects, etc.)
∎ Maintaining health and safety guidelines in workplaces.
