∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, ME, ChemE and Master of Science (Chemistry / physics)

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Must have to work in Shift.
∎ Must have 2-4 years’ experience in any lead acid battery manufacturing company.
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Skill in AutoCAD /Solid works will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist line manager to assess & ensure Quality of Incoming raw materials, intermediate & finished products as per standard.
∎ Report process variations and identify areas of improvement.
∎ Test & validate any new process/any new product development.
∎ Assess & organize reagents/chemicals and other materials as required for lab operations and testing for quality assurance.
∎ Maintain & calibrate measuring instruments as per standard & schedule.
∎ Enhance team work and motivate workforce.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of QA and R&D process and self-improvement.
∎ Supplier survey for supplier evaluation.
∎ Prepare agreed/required reports for management information.
∎ Market and field visit output analysis to meet up customer satisfaction related goals more accurately.
∎ Ensure and maintain compliance of operation with ISO standard and company policy.
