∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and challenges.
∎ Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify trends.
∎ Identify bottlenecks or obstacles in operational processes and propose effective solutions.
∎ Assist in the design and implementation of new processes, procedures, and tools to improve productivity.
∎ Collaborate with IT and technology teams to leverage automation and technology solutions for operational improvements.
∎ Generate reports and presentations to communicate operational insights and progress to management.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to operations and process optimization.
∎ Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall business performance
