Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production documents (MBPR)
∎ Maintain adequate and accurate records for controlling and monitoring conformity to specified PIC/S GMP and statutory requirements
∎ Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with PIC/S GMP standards
∎ Organize production schedule to ensure smooth and efficient produc- tion operation
∎ Solve any practical problems in manufacturing
∎ Provide staff training, team supporting and coaching
∎ Maintain the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of Production Depart- ment
∎ Coordinate with other departments on production schedule and validation arrangement Monitor the daily production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the production schedule
∎ Manage maintenance of production facilities and equipment
