• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven production decisions.

• Excellent understanding of dairy processing science including pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and cold chain management.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills in Bengali and English (both written and verbal).

• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Bogura will be given preference.

• Develop and continuously improve methods for processing, storing, and packaging of dairy and livestock products in compliance with national and international quality standards.
• Research, innovate, and pilot new dairy product lines aligned with evolving market demands, consumer preferences, and the organization's strategic goals.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all production experiments, processes, formulations, and test results to ensure full traceability.
• Supervise, monitor, and optimize the end-to-end production process to ensure operational efficiency, product consistency, and minimal wastage.
• Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operating at peak efficiency; coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
• Train, guide, and oversee production floor staff on best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and use of modern technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, R&D, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure product specifications and launch timelines are met.
• Monitor raw material quality at intake stage and ensure alignment with production specifications
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and GMP standards across the production unit at all times.
• Prepare and submit regular production performance reports including yield rates, downtime, efficiency metrics, and improvement plans to management.
