Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute operational plan and action plan to achieve business objective.
∎ Execute post chartering operation for optimizing costs of own fleet and chartered vessels for maximizing revenue and profit.
∎ Assist developing customer base to penetrate new market, provide value proposition for the customer, retention, growth and satisfaction.
∎ Maintain customer due diligence & develop comprehensive customer database management (CDM) for exploring new ventures to minimizing potential risks.
∎ Prepare operational plan for smooth operation of ship management & chartering team for own and new chartered vessel for cost optimization.
∎ Provide reliable & cost-effective operational services to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide quality services to build brand image of the company.
∎ Carry out activities which provide efficient, faster, smooth, reliable and hassle-free operation to maximize profit and reduce costs
∎ Participate in national and international trade fairs, seminar and visit customers for achieving service excellence.
∎ Ensure error free party collection and punctual payments to stakeholders.
∎ Any other projects assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in shipping operation in any reputed similar type of shipping company
∎ MS Office, ERP, Stratum software operation, maritime knowledge, commercial knowledge, incoterm knowledge etc.
Salary: Negotiable
