Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market data to identify business opportunities.
∎ Analyze risk management data.
∎ Analyze risks of potential business opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with port authority, terminal operators and statutory boards to ensure that ships call into port comply with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop business functions plan or unit plans.
∎ Develop strategies for resource planning and utilization.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders, ship owners, shipping lines, agents and customers.
∎ Manage compliance to risk management frameworks, policies and processes.
∎ Manage issues that arise from cargo operations and customs clearance.
∎ Monitor the targets achieved against performance indicators.
∎ Oversee billings and accounting for clients, ship owners and shipping lines.
∎ Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
∎ Plan where ships are to dock to enable cargo loading or unloading.
∎ Prepare and analyze reports on ship agency activities.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
