Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic plan for building business of chartering.
∎ Develop operational plan of chartering and action plan to achieve long term business objective.
∎ Increase chartering of vessels for maximizing revenue in global trading arena.
∎ Enhance pre-fixture for employment of own fleet and charter vessels for maximizing revenue.
∎ Enhance customer base and penetrate new market provide value proposition for the customer, retention, growth and satisfaction.
∎ Ensure efficient, faster, smooth, reliable and hassle-free chartering operation to maximize profit and reduce costs
∎ Conduct customer due diligence & create a comprehensive customer database management (CDM) for exploring new ventures to minimizing potential risks and maximizing revenue
∎ Ensure reliable & cost-effective customer support to increase customer loyalty
∎ Lead and motivate the team for achieving goals and also enhance knowledge & skill sets.
∎ Ensure positive, transparent & healthy work environment both in shore and on board.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 12-16 years relevant experience and at least 3 years in similar role in any reputed shipping company.
∎ Stratum software operation & Shipping Knowledge is required
