Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic plan for building the trading business and achieve sales target by volume as well as bottom line.
∎ Lead the department and achieve revenue and profit target year on year as per strategic plan.
∎ Develop operational plan and action plan to achieve long term business objective.
∎ Conduct customer survey & create a comprehensive customer database for developing new market
∎ Enhance customer base and penetrate new market provide value proposition for the customer, retention, growth and satisfaction.
∎ Ensure reliable & cost-effective customer support.
∎ Ensure competitive price & high-quality product.
∎ Develop new commodity for capturing market growth and meet demand.
∎ Ensure on time full delivery with cost effective manner.
∎ Ensure proper use of shipping expertise to optimize cost for the market competitiveness.
∎ Increase presence in local & global market by analyzing market trend of local and international trading commodity to achieve yearly sales target.
∎ Optimize trading process through digitalization for performance optimization.
∎ Lead and motivate the team for achieving goals and also enhancing knowledge & skill sets.
∎ Ensure positive, transparent & healthy work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient & practical knowledge in MS Office, ERP operation
∎ Shipping Knowledge, International commodity, incoterm, trading, market intelligence, sourcing knowledge etc.
