Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, workplace hygiene & safety, etc.
∎ Coordinate with HQ on recruitment and selection, the confirmation process, disciplinary issues, and others
∎ Assist follow up of shift /Roaster management and prepare plant attendance report with data accuracy.
∎ Share on-time attendance and leave reports to HQ for payroll process.
∎ Leave posting, Shift change, and maintain its record.
∎ Visit production floor for necessary cross-checking of attendance & overtime.
∎ Maintain Personal files, service records and keep them update.
∎ Ensure on-time recruitment plant casual staff in a fair process and assist PIC to control the outsourced staffing cost
∎ Report HQ on any disciplinary issue and ensure workplace safety compliance at plant level.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Draft necessary office notice and letters as required.
∎ Prepare all types of administrative bills and ensure cost optimization through administrative services.
∎ Inquire into the allegations being instructed by the management and report thereto accordingly.
∎ Provide administrative correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, guest entertainment, etc. as and when required.
∎ Responsibly handle plant security issues and ensure zero-tolerance policy on security breaches
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure smooth administrative coordination accordingly.
∎ Attend site meetings or liaison with the client to adhere to production schedule and quality.
∎ Any other tasks which may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
∎ Ability to handle factory/floor level supervision and associated relationship management
∎ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
∎ Ability to understand the system like QMS, IMS & Safety Policies and maintain the activities accordingly
∎ Strong leadership, initiative, and planning skills.
∎ High sense of urgency and good attention to detail
